Important Competition Information The organisers will not accept responsibility for any loss, accident, injury or damage to people, property or vehicles. All trophies must be signed for, kept in good condition and returned in the same or better condition for the next competition whether Monthly or Annual. Please check your Trophies when signing for them as any damages not reported will be assigned to the current trophy holder and repairs made to the trophies charged as such. By signing for the trophies you agree to make good any damages to the trophies at your own expense. The organisers reserve the right to combine age groups of a similar class if insufficient entries are received for any age group. The organisers reserve the right to Alter age groups of a similar class if insufficient entries are received for any age group or class. The organisers reserve the right to alter prize money according to the number of entries. In all cases the judges decision is final. All dancers are welcome but the organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any competitor, parent or member of the public. No filming, recording or flash photography (this includes mobile phones) are allowed during any of the competitions when competitors are dancing unless prior permission has been given by the competition organisers or the S.O.H.D.A  .
