In order to make the Competition Conveners and Treasurers job easier to manage when you are sending your Competition Entry Forms and Payments please use the following guidelines - Make out a separate cheque for each competition. Write the name of the competition on the back of the check More than one dancers entry  fee's can be included in any one cheque for competition entry forms, block entries can be made as long as they are all for the same competition. Write all the dancer's names on the back of the cheque. More than one competitions entry form and their individual cheques can be sent in the same postal envelope. DO NOT APPLY the S.O.H.D.A  family members discount when sending the entry form payment cheque this discount will be refunded to you. DO NOT SEND CASH with your competition entry form cheque's or postal orders only. Competition entries unless otherwise stated as "Enter on the day" must be paid for at the time the entry form is sent. Payment for entry forms sent without a cheque will not be accepted on the day of the competition.
